Booking Rules & Terms of Lima Escape Camping & Glamping:
- Booking requests can be submitted as follows:
1.1. At the reception of the Lima Escape Camping & Glamping:

- Minimum stay in Lima Escape Glamping accommodations:
2.1. The minimum stay in Lima Escape Glamping accommodations (bungalows, lodges & glamping tents) is 2 nights.
2.2. During optional holidays, extended weekends, Christmas & New Year’s week and Easter week, the minimum stay is 3 nights.
2.3. In July and August, the minimum stay in Treehouse bungalows & Forest House is 7 nights, in Coloured lodges is 4 nights.
- Terms of payment – the entire booking payment is made in two installments;
3.1. he booking is considered effective only after payment of 50% of the full booking amount within 48 hours. If payment fails within the stipulated period, the booking request will be automatically cancelled.
3.2. The remaining amount is to be paid on arrival.
- Booking deposit payment options – bank wire (expenses on client’s behalf).
4.1. IUnder specific conditions, other payment options can be arranged (by means of credit card). If you wish to pay using this option, please contact us by e-mail: info@lima-escape.pt.
- The effective booking is considered valid only after submitting the “Booking Confirmation”, sent by e-mail or other type of message.
- In case of any booking change or cancellation, the client is subject to:
6.1. More than 30 days before the planned date of arrival: no payment (refund of deposit);
6.2. 30 days or less before the planned date of arrival: payment of 50% of the total booking amount;
6.3. Dates can only be changed if the request for such change is communicated at least 10 days before scheduled date of arrival.
Under the above described terms, cancellation requests will be confirmed in writing upon receipt by email of the respective request. This paid amount is transferable and can be used for other accommodation type, with a respective Voucher to be issued valid for one year.
6.4. Only one date change allowed for each cancelled booking. This rule is also valid for any change of booking terms.
- The accommodation units can only be accessed from 5 p.m. on the day of check-in day and up to 11 p.m. on the day of check-out.
- Any keys are to be collected at the Lima Escape Camping & Glamping Reception within its official business hours.
- Prices posted on Lima Escape’s website (www.lima-escape.pt) refer to current season only and include VAT at legal rate of 6%.
- During the stay, the customer is responsible for the use of premises as well as any damage or deterioration found.
In particular, the customer is responsible for the cleanliness and good condition of any furniture, bed-linen, towels, dishes, cooking utensils and other fittings, as well as for the general acceptable condition of leased accommodation.
- The admission of animals to accommodation at Lima Escape Camping & Glamping is done exclusively upon booking and abiding by established rules for admission of animals.
- During the stay, cleaning is of the responsibility of the customer. For stays over 3 days, towels can be changed upon request.
- Except in previously announced and duly communicated cases to the reception, occupation is valid until the second booked day, waiving any right as from the third day on.
- Lima Escape shan’t be hold liable for any adverse natural causes or weather conditions that may result in the booking cancellation.
